Wow great game so far, pretty crazy amount of content for a 0.2 around here. If I had any complains all I can really think of is not getting to see penetration much in the art, sex is often from the side. But the art is still great and it's early days so you know, it's totally fine.
Certainly quite a unique world it's set in.
I like how you're not forced to save often because of tons of stupid bad ends, nice how there's always an option to avoid danger unless you really want to see it.

in the village next to the largest building there is a small hidden interaction point (on the right in a corner between the building and the outer wall)
Edit: Possibly might need to be mentioned by the town crier in the marketplace.

To take the conversation away from the divisive course we seem to inevitably end up on sooner or later...
I think I may have done that thing I do with some of these games, by which I mean accidentally yet thoroughly triggered every single flag I need for a softlock. To explain:
I got lycanthropy, and was caged first thing as I wandered around confused. Can't fuck the unicorn, for obvious reasons. Made it to the sewers, and that's neat, but: Can't fuck Rat, either, more crucially it seems. Every single 'Explore the sewers' attempt brings me back to her, and her infuriatingly unable-to-oblige request for cummies.
Anyway, I'd love it if someone called me a drunken idiot who's missing the forest for the trees here and points out a way I missed to remove the cage, but I seriously am lost on my own here. Best I can figure is I'll reload a save and avoid this whole debacle.

I scrolled through most of the pages and saw no mention of animations, is there any planned layer down the line?
I am not a werewolf anymore but when I try to go to Duskvale it still says "If you're going to have any chance of curing your lycanthropy, it will be here".

if i were to guess the dev didn't add any fail safes, cause the coding seems to break pretty easily which is kind of annoying, if you fully check the sewers you cant get into the church cause there is no more secret locations from the rat to give (at least what i've encountered) and you cant open the journal in Silverdew without the game breaking, and seems to be impossible to cure the lycanthropy without being super lucky and hoping nothing breaks, which in your case it seems to have.
Damn, thank you. This was what had me stuck. I heard the town crier mention that and blindly clicked around the wall but still couldn't find anything. I spent like 40 minutes going in circles before I just gave up.

EDIT: I just made a new game where Minx never had sex, though she did jerk off Hazel, and when at the party, she still wouldn't tell the unicorn that she was a virgin. Unless giving handjob disqualifies her I guess that means we're locked out of sex with the unicorn at the party.

Again, odd, being shown the entrance to the temple from below should make it an option to go directly there when entering the sewers.
