Every single 'Explore the sewers' attempt brings me back to her, and her infuriatingly unable-to-oblige request for cummies.

To get uncaged, go to the mines, and pay 10 condoms to the goblin to get uncaged.

To fix that (at least temporary) do the following:
Go to the game folder, then game\images\buttons
Make a copy of the file "minx ww journal 1.png"
Rename the copy to "minx ww journal.png"
Now you can open the journal and the game doesn't crash.

Do potions of regret interfere with active pregnancies? i didn't take one and then i apparently couldn't repair the gaping.

That's odd, I can't replicate that at all and everything seems to be in order.

This happens if you drink potion of decency, it takes you back to your manor where you can change clothes in wardrobe and look "normal" again, can go back to Silverdew and visit the inn or interact with the spermaturge for "treatment", but if you try to go back to Duskvale after it would say you need to cure Lycanthropy even though you look normal.

Ah! That's a bug with drinking the potion, not the lycanthropy. Already fixed.

Potions of regret also terminate pregnancies, except important plot ones.

Once you have lewdity high enough you get the option to fist the dragons urethra and bottle some of her cum. Take it back to the spermatoge and have it applied to get faster semen regen and the option to fuck the dragon.

If you mean the giant doors at the bottom of the mines you need to have a random encounter in the marketplace first.
