I dont think that breasts enlargement helps. I think you need normal ones and milky ones. Breast got milky after getting pregnant ofc. Need to visit Cub with milky breasts and wait until she got hungry.
Do you know if there's anything else to do with the ghost after you've returned her skull? Seems like a lot of work for not a lot of payoff...
