Missing the furry tag. the horse is debatable but the ears and tail is in my opinion not.

basically, yes. all the females (if no most) are futas, even the monster such a centaurs and dragons

weird, because after stopping to visit certain NPCs (like the Town Secretary) I've lost certain interactions until i started to visits them again

I bet you did something to make her like you less. Myrtle likes it when you help the others in the village and let them keep their taxes, less so if you don't for example.

Hmm, even weirder since I don't use to collect taxes (except for that story plot) i just let her forsaken since i was trapped in the frost lands

This game defenitly needs a gallery. Only for the purpose of knowing about all the scenes/possibilities. I mean, there is so much which can be missed out or overlooked. At some points, the game feels like Darksouls with how sparse the informations are. In a porngame, thats no fun.
PS: Cant understand how secretive ppl are here, its like a cult. Lots of ppl ask about puzzles (i.e. white box code or the chest in the temple) and instead of just telling how to solve it, they get just hints which frustrate way more than just not answering at all...
