I'm not sure if it makes me angry or if I find it funny, you notice the people complaining, well if they had lives they wouldn't be here complaining, they have nothing else to do so they're impatient. As I've said in a previous post I think this twist will come from Rachel for me right now she is the most mysterious character that seems to have taken a genuine interest in the MC but what for?
I've the feeling that Rachel is the third girl that accuse the father of mc and for her sense of guilty she rejected everything she said probably under the influence of the other two girls that we know are the mother of asuka and the woman with silver hair. What i'm not so hyped for is her probably supernatural/demonic power... I don't really like involving supernatural in this story :/

I'd rather that be kept to the dreams I'd be fine with that. I just don't see it making much sense to the story.

Depends what tier you are the higher your tier is the more you will get and you'll get the updates earlier as well, but I think that's only for top and middle tiers
