You have to understand that it's very stressful and frustrating for dev to be under Patreon Support review.
-Patreon support only answer one time per week.
-They never answer clearly because their guidelines are blurred.
-Everyday you check your Patreon page to see that it's still locked...... And you can't do shit!
-Dev and creator have actually no proper alternativ to Patreon.
-When your Patreon page is under review your incomes are frozen, I received 0.00$ since 36days.
-Everyday You have notice of people pledge coming to end... My stretch goal is only decreasing.
-Dev and creator who just begin like me and that have no other works are on the edge.
-You don't know how your community/pledger will react to the change Patreon Support is imposing to you.
-Dev/Creator rather be very carefull with their "news" to not be suspended again and go thru the endless Patreon Support again or being banned.

I doubt I'm only talking for myself, but if you like what you pledge for and if your dev/creator always been in time and honest before.
Just side with your creator, support him more than ever in that difficult moment. If you want his work to keep going forward.
Patreon don't read F95, they don't care, your curse are pointless guys.
Instead be patient and encourage your favorite game dev/creator, eventualy if you don't let him down he will do his best to not disapoint you.

TBH this is problem of social stigma and not just the SJW (think Christian right and pretty much every other group as well) porn is seen is inherently wrong especially in the US. Funny thing is everyone watches it and yet when it comes to legislating or in the case of Patreon allowing legal content to continue no one can be honest and be less restrictive on porn because of said stigma. Basically it's hypocrisy.

I have a small YT channel and I have also had problems with nonsense and censorship when I have not done anything that others did not do or comment before and above I do not monetize the channel or anything but the issue is always fuck to the one that can not defend itself

For what it's worth, it's been widely reported and discussed here to the point where it feels confirmed that a particular dev is widely beholden to the specific individual Patreon employee handling the account suspension. In a way, it's like an IRS audit--actual human beings do the work, and some are just more responsive and helpful and even understanding than others. One Patreon employee might actually help a dev figure out how to properly scrub the page and alter the game so it meets their guidelines because he or she actually realizes that continued patronage equals more money. Others don't give a shit and are approaching the situation in black-and-white terms. It's really the luck of the draw, and it seems like @Irphaeus might have been dealt an unlucky set of cards here. I wish him the best!
