You know there is a difference between age and looks? No law would care how they look if they are underage. But then they still care about how they look even if they weren't underage.

I asked the same question a few months ago and somebody told me the dev plans on releasing the cards (For Honey Select 1 which would be incompatible with 2) on his Patreon when the game is finally finished. If this game progresses at the same rate then we probably won't ever see those cards. I think the fan art thread made a couple of them though so you could try looking there but they wouldn't work for Honey Select 2
The real problem is that he is a liar that is inconsistent even with his lies, so he has lost a lot of trust as a content creator.
To this day i am amazed there are people that still support him tho, i wont lie.

Not everyone has the money like Jeffrey Epstein's Lolita Express where even US Presidents came for the fun. Besides dependent on area the actual laws can be even more messed up.

Actually you can. Harem Hotel was changed for Patreon, a private company because Paypal another private company wants those changes. Under US law, child pornography requires that actual children be involved or something like a deep fake where there is no way to easily discern the difference between a real image or fake. Even games using Daz don't look real enough to trip the law and games using Illusion certainly don't.
I was more making fun of "it's the law" comments but at least someone gets toons are not people.
