Nice to see you updated this and fixed the loop bug, gonna play now!
And new scenes? Will you keep updating the game more? And maybe bring back the original story, quite enjoyed that intro scene with the orcs bickering around the campfire, and the shaman/sacrifice scene.
I did add some more lewds and story including a somewhat truncated version of the Yunkuthu ritual. I also added some brand new renders as well. Whatever I could get done and still hit the release schedule.
There should hopefully be less bugs to deal with next update after a bunch were squashed in 1.0.6, so more time and focus can go towards adding lewds, story, and more features.
Some things I really wish were in this game from HOMM3:
Some bugs I saw:
- Attacking a wandering creature, going into battle, and AltF4-ing out of the game causes the game to save with your hero standing safely within the creature stack's range. This can be abused to bypass a creature by attacking, exiting, and reloading.
- During a battle, the cells you can move to are not always properly highlighted. See screenshot. I can move to all cells around the leftmost 1 stack, but it is not highlighted.
- Mineral mine, "Decide later" option doesn't work.
This is really the first game here that I care more about the gameplay than porn, so I wish you the best of luck
Thanks for the reports, I'll take a look at the bugs you mentioned and the feature of W to wait and Space to defend should be pretty easy for me to add. As for more specific info on enemy unit by right clicking them on the adventure map, I could do it... I seem to remember some sort of 'scouting' skill to get info this specific though, am I right about that?
More unique skills and leveling system for the main hero is one area that I've considered expanding. Some other ideas under consideration are:
- Fleshing out the magic system.
- Adding ability to hire and control multiple heroes.
- Adding enemy AI to adventure map that will try to capture your base and resources and kill your heroes (AOE / HOMM style). - And also enemy bases to capture, etc.
- A more robust save system with multiple save slots.
- A more robust brothel management system.
- More unique hero skills and leveling system.
- Work on new map with new stories, new factions to play, + new renders.
- More sex scenes in this game.
I'll put it to a vote and see what Patrons want next. That's generally how future work / updates / and features will be decided, or whether this game or something else gets worked on.
As for bugs, I will always try to fix as many of those as I can, so let me know if you run into any.
