The conditions are just:
- Thursday's morning (to see Mabel),
- Lust > 50 (to fap).
Caution: there is a bug for this event (see https://f95zone.to/threads/warlock-and-boobs-v0-358-2-boobsgames.18692/post-8966986). It's impossible to see her again (i.e. the next Thursday), when you've already seen here once.
The developer's post is not entirely obvious, I had to scroll through the comments under it to pay attention to the pinned .txt file with a hint...How could it be more obvious than the developer himself stating where to find the information?
Has breast expansion potion been implemented yet? Also one question how do I initiate Carla's nipplesucking scene?

"Not beyond" means no more than just that one character, during that one specific (repeatable) event.
Saying that though, I did forget about helping Rose with her potions. One of which is her (and only her) getting a temporary breast increase.
