I still haven't been able to solve the issue. I ran compatibility troubleshooting, ran the program as administrator for all users (just me in reality), and all the permissions for users were already granted from the start. Is there anyone with a solution, because I'm really intrigued by this game(s), but I can't get pass the first few seconds of Warlock of Lust or beyond working at the table for denarii for Ludus Master.
If on windows you right click wol folder -> properties -> security, and then change/add your user with the necessary permissions

The permissions were already set to allow for me (my only account on the computer) when I extracted the game. The only thing that is isn't checked off for either the direct application or folder are the special permissions.
Holy fuck I figured it out!! there's no "saves" folder.
go to:
C:\Users\alonz\Documents\My Games\Warlock of Lust v3.1\Warlock of Lust v3.1\wolu\scene001
create a new folder and name it "saves"
Yeah, that could cause the problem. Where did you downloaded it from? I'm pretty sure the save folder was there for every upload I have created so it must be that someone played it, deleted the save folder and than uploaded it somewhere else.

Thank you very much. You don't understand how frustrated I was with this game. So far, Warlock of Lust is performing without issue, and I am at the moment looking for the Avatar for the Goddess of Lust underneath the castle.

I downloaded the game from the MEGA link, like I do with almost every game on this site that has the MEGA option, because I have an MEGA account (400 GB storage), the downloading process is the fastest, and sometimes, the other links are interrupted by my anti-virus program. However, the Ludus Master game is still having the same issue that Warlock of Lust had, despite me creating a save folder.
"Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\alonz\Documents\My Games\Warlock of Lust v3.1\Warlock of Lust v3.1\lm\scen001\saves\save06.dat'."
Update: I had to create a save file for the Ludus Master game as well as the Life of Holly separately within their scen001 folders, otherwise the problem will persist. Also, there's a bug in Ludus Master where if you click info for the slave roles from the office table, the information is completely different from that of the tab listed. For example: If you click the bodyguard tab, you get information for the brothel servant, and if you click the trophy servant tab you get information for bath servant.

I'm having an issue with text not displaying properly on my multi-desktop setup with two displays. After trying different solutions, I found that the scaling of the primary desktop must be set to 100% for it to work, regardless of the resolution.
However, I'm wondering if there are any solutions for high-resolution monitors and scaling in Windows 11? velesk, do you have any ideas or suggestions for this?

Unfortunately, I don't. I'm developing the game on a single desktop computer with single monitor, so I have no means to try or test it on different setups. The engine core runs on DirectX 9 so this library should handle such problems. If it does not do it, I have no means to test or debug it.

Weirdly addictive despite the 1995 graphics and stiff animations.
Just a couple of small notes from what I've played so far (3.1 premium):
- when Sylvia is fuckin' Pyia against the wall in your castle (
- turning the music volume down to 0 doesn't completely mute the music, which is mildly annoying.
- it would be really useful to have tooltips on the spells and stuff with their mana cost. You can figure it out through trial and error, but this isn't ideal in combat.
- playing as a futa, there were some places in dialogue that still referred to me as a man. I want to say it was when the Countess visits you in the guest room on your first encounter with her, and maybe some in Sallia's lines for the first quest as well.
edit: also, in that Sylvia threesome encounter, there was an option called "ride Sylvia". When you select that, the other person rides Sylvia, not you. This isn't a bug, I'm just sad about it.
edit, son of edit: in the cases where you do get the opportunity to give Sylvia the succ, both in threesome scenes and alone at the inn, your mouth doesn't line up with her junk.
edit III: revenge of the edit: Liv at the Seminary also complains about me being a man during her intro, even though I'm not. *actually a lot of the Seminary stuff refers to being a dude.

Some of the women have special scenes that trigger when sex becomes available (beating Lyria in the sparring room) and I hope that something like this is done when new sex acts get unlocked for any of the characters. It was really nice to understand whats going on in her mind when she submits to the MC. This made the change in their relationship much more meaningful and fun.

Get the quest for her from the Dominatrix's Jobs list. You'll then have a destination for her on the world map. Travel there, fight some guys, now she's yours and lives in the Dominatrix's dungeon with the rest.
