Try using an AD Blocker and a PopUp Blocker before going to the download site. This way it will block any malicious alternative download.

Wait, isn't pressing F5+F8 in the main menu enough to disable the censorship?
Is there any way to remove that long wait for the text to appear? Cause like it takes several minutes to actually press forward

It's a bug caused by the wrong AppLocale. Run the game by using a Japanese AppLocale. Lurk the forum for info on how to do that, I'm sure it was alredy answered in this thread.

MEGA and Pixeldrain are the safest, even on browsers without adblock. I would never trust Anonfile, and the like.
