So, some of the sharper eyed individuals among you might have noticed that there has been a short gap in the releases as of recent, this is largely due to
the fact that I'm lazy issues with the story. Namely, much like the desired affair, I started a project with a good concept but eventually reached a point where I realized "oh, there actually needs to be a complete story here." While this actually happened during the Chelsey's first arc and it was a constant struggle to get something together. Fact of the matter is there isn't much narrative value in the original, it's unique and has a lot of spicy scenes, but as a story, it is an abysmal failure.
Which is why I threw it away and decided to start over from scratch.(so, I guess it has become more of a reboot at this point)
But I wanted to put a lot more focus on the story and the characters, so I decided to do some research.
Thanks to this VN I ended up becoming an active member of a cuckolding community(not my proudest accomplishment...). I spoke with dozens of people who weren't simply fans of NTR or had heard of it, but people who watched their real life wives and girlfriends sleep with another man right in front of their eyes. I spoke with hotwives, who had sex with numerous men right in front of their boyfriend. And I spoke with many bulls, guys who were supposed to be the "bad guys" of this little story. In the process I learned a lot about all three groups, why they enjoy it, what they think of each other, and just got a general idea of how they thought and what the do's and don'ts are. Using this I made subtle changes to Molly's personality and rewrote her to closer to how an actual cuck might think.
One thing to note, Molly is not
actually a cuckquean, she is closer to a female cuck. Just like how men and women experience sex is different, male and female cuckolding is quite different, since I was only lucky enough to speak with one actual cuckquean it was only enough to figure out that cuckqueaning is an entirely different animal and frankly, for a game designed around sex, stuff like "taking another girl out on a date instead of his wife" would sound rather bland. So, I ran Molly through the find-and-replace tool and made her into a female cuck. Then I decided to change the point of the story, at first it was simply to present sexy cuckquean play, but I figured I could instead focus on depicting a couple who engages in consensual cuckolding play. I would lay out the common motivations for why people find cuckolding appealing as well as their inner insecurities. So, if you've ever wondered why people enjoy NTR, this is a good way to learn without the trauma.
So, I had Molly and Logan and knew what I wanted to do but wasn't sure how to go about it, but that didn't stop me with the original so I figured I could just wing it like before, plus I could have alternative routes and... I may have gotten in a bit over my head...
So, my first order of business was to get rid of the choices and alternative paths. This is a kinetic novel and the choices don't really affect anything aside from some dialogue. While this change did actually have some drawbacks, it also had the bonus of not having to write 2-3 different scenes which are "different" but are there to get a basic premise across to varying degrees of success. For those who hate this change, you're welcome to read all of the other cuckquean visual novels.
But now that you're sure to meet Sandra it helps a lot with Molly. How? Her husband.
You'll finally get to meet Sandra's husband who is named Ryan, they are essentially what Molly and Logan will be in a few years, though obviously with the sexes changed. The original plan was her being just one of the cuckcakes, but Sandra has the unique case of being veterans, it was entirely by accident but essentially the main problem with the original is there was no clear cut guidepost of someone more experienced who could progress their relationship. Sandra can help Logan get comfortable with his new role as "for student use only" and Ryan might offer some insight into Molly's mind as a cuck being a man who had years to sort out his feelings then finally deciding to stick with it.
So,. to the question everyone wants to ask: what have I been up to? In short, I've been trying to plan out the story direction more, figure out what everyone's role is going to be, and how I want to write the coming arcs. Unlike with Desired Affair, this is more of a passion project being such an old series I want to finish and I want to make it right. So, I should start making some progress soon. Though, I am looking for any help I can get.
