Hmm that's strange, it works for me.
How about you try the walkthrough mod, it has a mod+patch download.

EDIT: Well, that didn't seem to work. I'm only seeing the walkthrough mod's point choices and not the incest.
Is there a hidden button or something you need to press to enable full incest?

Yeah you would need to put the patch.rpy file in there and it should work as there is no patch.rpy in that folder in your screenshot.

No problems happy to help and thinking about it maybe you put the patch file in the wrong place when you loaded it from the zip file.
The game's being overhauled with new renders, cinematics, and even story to an extent. I wouldn't expect saves to work for a while until then.

Basically there's some technical issues (vram limitations and other flaws Ocean's render setup) - see this post and the fact Ocean is also creating Summer's Gone, which appears to be closer to an update at the moment.

I second this and if I remember correctly Summer's Gone will be the next release before the next release of WIAB

Correct plus he now also has 2 dedicated machines for each game to work independantly from each other. Hopefully this will speed both up a little going forwards.

I cannot wait for chapter 7, This story is great..... (*** Not really a spoiler but don't read if you haven't played***) .....hugging Dad and seeing the family there waiting for court was kind of a tear jerker. I Love mom as mute because you can kinda imagine her personality....I keep wondering what her personality is going to be like if we ever get to hear her speak.
Looks like I am going to have to get out the credit card and buy the Dev's a few hundred coffee's to make the Dev stay up later to keep working <3
