. Oh... You got likes defending/being passionate about a game on its own thread? No shit .I think everyone here, real fans of WIAB in particular, has reasons to be upset/disappointed/sad about the sorry state of this game right now... Being this the game with the much higher ceiling out of his 2 games in terms of story (in my opinion).
From all the several things you could have said about the game and Ocean that we all feel and to a certain extent think its true when it comes to this game, you go for things he said which is in a way perfect because theres proof.
They you get something that almost NO ONE gets: You got a reply from Ocean himself! You have him dead to rights! All you have to do is reply to him the proof of where and when he said those things. But now it doesnt really matter to you....... Makes me believe that you might have been throwing shit at the wall to see if it stuck. DISAPPOINTING

Ocean, can you please switch to a new challenge so I don't fear your two projects can just end abruptly? Surprised no one has made a comment yet on this but I'm just a little anxious and paranoid if he truly is climbing every 4-6 months and upgrading to a bigger mt he will one day climb a beast he cannot handle. Don't want to sound pessimistic but it's just a scary thought that crossed my mind...

The funny thing is, that 97% of the users here that complain abount milking, scaming, whatever have not spent a single cent on this dev or even any other.
Such an arrogant fucking way to presume to decide what others do with their money.
And no, just in case you come around with the "former supporter excuse", I don't buy that you were a former "disappointed" patron of Ocean.
If that were the case, and you cared about our "welfare" or whatever you call your concern for our money, I'm sure you could have posted a devlog now and then - which you didn't.

Hopesgaming, the dev of The DeLuca Family, has a special chapter in his game for such degenerate types, dealing with conceited busybodies who think they can tell others whether this or that dev is worthy of support or not. I can't help but think that fits one hundred percent.

If there are people to blame for the absurdly long time developers take to deliver updates. It is people like this guy, pigeons who keep financing those bad habits by paying for renders and no longer regularly update of the game.
Enjoy your yearly update (if you are lucky), next one will take even more time. Because of people like you wasting money each month for nothing, they are the reasons why developers no longer work on their game. Can't blame them, I would do the same. But I can blame the pigeons who promote this attitude.
This speaks more about how unethical a person you would be if you were a dev, than 99% of the hard working devs that put quality over quantity and take their time with their game.

In my opinion, I would say small updates.
A least we would know that the game is still on dev.
There is another game where the dev has switched to weekly-ish updates. For every person that enjoys it, there is another who hates it. People are going to complain no matter what. It is best that a dev just does what they can to get their story out.
