His family was...as is every other family.

The families have rules regarding who the kids can associate/be with. They are used as political pawns for alliance marriages. Much like in olden nobility days (hell, even probably these days too I imagine).

This is why the faux outrage is a little hyperbolic. This shit did happen in the past and probably still does. It's just a huge jarring change from what came before.

As loud as you shout - when a patron OFFERED to send Ocean some criticism, you just rehashed the i-theme. You don't have a plot solution for WiaB that satisfies Steam or SS's terms. Your steam/free speech defense of your points won't get you anywhere now, you'd better shout at Steam. And paypal will target GOG before long, it's just smaller so less noticeable.

So really, tell us again how to right a story that is abandoned, tell us again how to get a plot blocked on the platforms that devs rely on for income. You haven't written a cohesive critique that wouldn't risk th game being banned.

I also showed a variant how to save the basic background WIAB started with and without(!) the "I"-arc. But I know, you olny read what you want to see, not what the other poster actually writes.

In the game, she appears as Leia Zane. Leia didn’t marry a man from the Zane family either...

Leia and William were taken in by the Zanes as young children after their familes were murdered/executed (there was a no child kill order in place). So they adopt the Zane family name as they grew up in that household. Nothing more. They are no longer related to each other. The police board at the end of the chapter clearly shows them having different surnames.

Man I am not a native speaker as well, I understand how hard it is to learn a new language. But you should really play the game again, you not just missed minor things you missed whole plot points. Do a new read more slow and whatchful that 70 per cent of your doubts will disappear.

He should have kept the Zanes being a family, Willi and Leia fled because they began to get closer than twins should, a short-circuit reaction due to them being 16 years old teenagers.

That's actually not true, I did read it. You still want to have Leia and Willi related, and leaving because of ...feelings that are taboo. Narratively that is not an i-theme that would get a book banned, but WiaB's patron was banned when that was all that it had in it: Ch1 - Ch3 was banned when the only sexual relation ship was with Miru, and there wasn't even an actual kiss shared, massaging Helen when we didn't even have Helen spoken of as anyone other than Helen.

So that is not a narrative solution, as that is what already got banned. You might not consider it an i-theme, but patreon did. You can remove the LI options, but the foundation of the kids having those feeling towards each other seems to have been enough in this case. Considering it got banned with such tame content, any basis of a story on that family premise is going to have more scrutiny.

And smearing others? Well, please stop refering to fans as simps just because they don't share your opinions. Again, you just wish free speech for you opinions, but ridicule others for theirs. You have a mod or i patch installed that hasn't been updated for chapter 4.

Are you using any mods? If so, check versions. Are you using an I-Patch? That's no longer compatible. Did you download it from here, or are you using Steam/GoG? These things might help figure out your issues. It's good to report all relevant data when you ask for help in here to minimize back and forth.

I'll drop it here, but will be bringing up how right I was in a years time when Ocean rewrites it yet again, or it's "unexpectedly" booted from Steam for incestual relations.

No, Steam is now banning incest content as well....
Starting three days ago, dozens of games with incest themes have been removed from their store pages, and it’s still ongoing.
