You can tell by the look on her face whether she thinks what you said was good. Sometimes even she will hint opaquely). This number of choices, I'm sure, is necessary to make you feel like a direct participant in the dialogue rather than an observer.
And thankfully, there's no such thing as not scoring a couple of points - it means you're definitely going to miss something. And there are far fewer key choices.:geek:

Man I just feel bad for the devs when I read posts like this. Who cares about the actual real world legality of the will conditions? The game is more or less a lighthearted dating sim, if I'm going to accept the massive leaps of logic that I have to to accept some of the porn situations, I think we should easily be able to accept a little legal handwaving for the sake of story and not have to get caught up in the nitty gritty.

Most people in general accept the necessary suspension of belief to make things immersive without being anal about the details that would require specialist degrees to get right (and then assuming you pick a real place in the world for the basis). But I think people try and focus on the will conditions to find loopholes so they can keep manwhoring with the girls rather than poke holes in our adult game logic. ;)

Just in case someone else might be interested.

We went to this topic before and we pacefully almost all agreed that the feasability of this legacy is a very trivial detail in the economy of the plot and way wakier stories have been written about insane legacies in mainstream media.
So, who gives a fuck? :)

To me, the important thing about the will is the way it propels the story. It provides opportunities and challenges for the MC (and some of the other characters) which can advance the story. It's important enough to be a priority, but not so important that it automatically drowns out any other priorities. That's a very useful tool, as long as the audience buys in.

I agree that the audience probably won't hold the will to an exacting legal standard. Most of us aren't lawyers after all. What matters is that the will is presented consistently. In the end, the will provides rules that will guide the choices available to us. As long as the MC asks the obvious questions and gets understandable, consistent answers, we'll have what we need.

I do think it helps to keep up a token level or realism; it would be distracting if the will conditions required the MC to commit a felony, for example. But as long as the conditions don't venture too far into the weeds, I think we'll be buy the will as presented. It's then a question of exploring any potential loopholes, making our choice, and seeing what happens (possibly with a couple iterations if we get more information before having to make a final choice).

Basically, as long as the will is a means to highlight the MC's cleverness or define his priorities, I think you'll be on solid ground. If becomes a means to throw an unexpected monkey wrench into the works (especially at the last second), that's when people will suddenly start burnishing their internet lawyer credentials.

Come to think of it, it's a bit like Sanderson's Laws of Magic - just for an extremely mundane type of magic. :p

Seems reasonable.

And.... Just to burnish early... the will would be tossed if it required an illegal act. Probate would dump on it immediately. Ah Got that out of the way. I feel much better.

Just make the MC's lawyer a hot MILF. MC can go see her with Jenna. Nobody will care about the will after the crazy threesome ensues...
Too late for that. Missed opportunity to say the least obviously lol. 1637200_E22K_76f_Camera.png
I'm now curious after seeing this, hopefully there's going to be a threesome with katie and her sister in the next update. That would be one pretty hot scene.

A threesome with katie and her sister would be great along with a little anal action with katie.
Now a threesome with Monica and Zarah or Monica and any of the other ladies would bring it to a whole new level.

Haha, i'm afraid you have me to blame for the MC's lawyer not being a hot MILF. Cheeky asked me if we should and I told him something to the effect of "Don't you think we have enough fuckable characters yet?" and he agreed. :D So afraid there is no hot milf lawyer.

lol that's a shame, could have been an interesting dynamic having the MC sleeping with the lawyer who knows about the terms of the will but can't tell him!

If the question is "Don't you think we have enough fuckable characters yet?"
The answer is "NO!" :)
