I agree, Tarl was never a dom, just an "all you can eat buffet" kind of guy that exploited/adapted to the culture/situation. I always loved the Gor books and nadu can make me stand at attention (at least part of me) in 2 seconds flat.More???
GOOD GOD MAN, ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME?!?!?!
Holy crap, that was over 16,000 words and almost 350 renders!! All from a couple of guys who is doing this only part time right now because they can't seem to make it past $1,100 a month in support!!
Honestly, there was a time when I considered that I would've done all of Chapter 4 in one month's time... no kidding!! Man, was I EVER stupid to THINK THAT!!! LOL
But, yeah, I am glad that you liked it bud and enjoyed it as a whole!
As for "nadu", truly was wondering if anyone would notice my addition of that in there... being a fan of Gor, myself, what better way to describe a submissive posture for a character than to use a term or set of them that has become a staple in BDSM...
...though in my opinion, Tarl Cabot wasn't really a DOM in the series.
And no, I am not trying to kill you :winkytongue: I just felt that the monologues, in the parts describing the scenes could benefit from more fleshing out. But I do understand that this would augment the volume of text exponentially and would not be feasible. As always you stroke a good balance between what you wanted to do and what you knew you could achieve in the time allotted.
