Pretty sure that the MC has some internal monologue that states something along the lines of, "...When we were young she often sneaked into my bed...", so while I don't think it literally states "they had sex", they probably did.

So where are the randomly generated geisha I can recruit? And why doesn't anyone get pregnant? Considering there not using protection, If that even exists in this universe. Not much point in the management aspect of this game if you can only get like four women in the current build and if you can only get more named ones from doing quests in the future. What's really stopping the MC from just taking in others off the street? I doubt anyone be opposed to it.

It only make sense you try and expand your roster to make as much income as possible, especially If the only factor is money. Why wouldn't I hire or take in other women while doing the MQ to save the ones that used to work at the brothel?
That said, I don't really mind if there R34 cutouts like you mentioned. It's supposed to be a management game too, not just a VN?
I'm not sure what other game your talking about. The Closest that comes to mind is the CM series but I don't really count that.
I played it a little bit and holy shit is it wayyy overwritten.
For a porn game, sure, but that's specifically why I like it. You can mindlessly grind through a few dozen rushed projects and soak in the hot imagery, or you can invest a good chunk of time immersing yourself into a developed story, which is something my favorite games in my signature share. Just my taste though, and everyone has their own preferences.
