Very much so! For German officialdom WDR or other games are no problem at all, a fitting age rating and free to sell anywhere in Germany then. But since Steam goes the way of least difficulty, they decided on their own to block millions of grown up players/customers from buying stuff they are allowed to! And how bigot Steam is, can be seen with other 18+ games, which can be bought without trouble on German Steam.
Yeah, my annoyance with Steam's availability policy of spicy content actually brought me to this site in the first place. I do not mind paying for good smut! (As is my right...)
But Steam (and GOG, with a stupid bypass in case of Kagura games) make it impossible to access the good indie developments from here. And there are only so many shops I want to have installed, tbh.

IF someone is up leak any releases (people who pay on patreon rarely do that), considering the dev is active here and probably will ask devs to remove the newer versions (and the devs will remove to avoid problem), it`s over.
Or you pay, or you don`t play. I myself don`t enjoy being forced to pay something, I think there`s better ways to handle monetization, like a LOT of games on this forum with public releases show (I`ll only menting BADIK, but could mention a LOT more).
So you either accept to be forced to pay, or forget this game, OR try to get lucky to download leaks in the little minutes they end up being up before getting blocked.
FOR EXAMPLE: version 0.42 is released already, and now 4 days after he announced no public releases, nobody leaked on the entire internet (not only here) version 0.41 or 0.42. It's over, be forced to pay or forget.

If you have both "sharing" mode and "NTR" mode on, you can still avoid NTR, no problem. You can do for example a full romance run with a serious competitor for Mei´s affection and win her heart and also beating the rival. If you mean by hard NTR the special hardcore mode, then you are out of luck. The special hardcore mode is only for NTR lovers, anybody else will(!) loose, no matter what. If you mean by "hard NTR" just the normal NTR mode, see directly above this quote.
Steam is bricking that approach step by step for a while now, in addition if they ever get wind of this, they´ll kick you out (it is worse if you used this trick to get heavy discounts, just buying is less an offencen but gets you in hot water with these bigot frakkers too). As far as I know, this did not happen often, but you need to just get a bit unlucky...
