The changelog (which is public) on his patreon site shows this. Currently 3Diddly has a two months update rhythem, switching between the Kati/Jamal and Lee/Davis. The last updates 0.39-42 were for the Kati/Jamal paths, the next updates 0.43-46 will be for Lee/Davis again.

While I can only see some headlines, due to the posts being not public, there is some voting for both Kati/Jamal and Lee/Davis routes. Not everything is made by poll/voting, but in intervalls the patrons can vote on some events/developments.

I hate these frequent but always short 1 scene updates. Better work 3 - 6 months on the game and then give us more gameplay than just 1 minute every month -.-

I disagree. If you'd like to wait for 6 months before playing, you are free to do so. Absolutely nobody is stopping you from abstaining and waiting for the content to accumulate. But I prefer being able to see the dev's progress like this and being able to play two or more new events every month, should I wish to.

Going by the current situation on the Kati/Jamal routes, this should happen in the not too far future. And the combination of Mei´s first DP will (most ptrobably) depend on the path your are on. For example you and Jamal on the happy sharing/swinging paths or Jamal/Rashon/other guy on the NTR paths.

Ok, once more with a feeling!

First off, you need to recognise that WDR has several routes, some with subpaths, which are quite different from each other. depending on your(!) choices it could become a romance (with or without serious rivals for affection, dependent on - your choices). It can also become a happy sharing/swinging story, with our couple in love, but having naughty fun now and then. It cn become a sharing story, with the MC going fully voyeur.
It can allso become a cucking story, depending on your choices and it can become hard NTR, where you loose Mei (or however you name your wife) in the end. If you make NTR choices, be not surprised if you get, gasp, NTR scenes! If you choices towards a romance, be not surprised to find yourself, gasp, in a romance.

I have the feeling you have "hardcore NTR mode" on, because this mode is only(!) for NTR lovers. You will always loose in that mode, no matter your choices.
So start a new game, make sure hardcore mode is OFF and play a round, you´ll see that other paths open up.

I've played this through three times now and can't seem to get on Mr. Davis' route. It always says I don't have enough affinity for him when the time comes to choose between Mei working for him or Jamal. Any tips?

I have to say I never had such a problem before. Do you have Lee as your wife´s friend/influencer? You can be cautious with Davis, but you should sometimes make decisions which are positive for him. With these and Lee as influencer there should not be a problem anymore.
