Good update. Nice to see things moving along with wifey... And it hints at the possibility of some wife-sharing on the love route which is nice. But it is short.
It was good to see Katie back again. She's apparently hard at work on trying to have another child and corrupting the MC's love interest. I really enjoyed this update although I'm still a bit confused on the game mechanics. It seems that the direction of the game is to develop a romantic relationship with the love interest while at the same time directing how corrupt she becomes. It might seem an unusual combination but I think it fits very nicely into an NTR game. What puzzles me is why most of the choices are either being romantic or being an asshole. There's only a couple of love or corruption choices. The choices of being either affectionate or an asshole are confusing to me because I'm not sure what the point of being an asshole is. She becomes corrupt but you don't give a fuck about her? That seems out of place in an NTR game. A harem-style game, yes, but an NTR game? No. The game is called Wifey's Dilemma so I'm assuming that the focus of the plot is to build a relationship with her. So many choices about avoiding that outcome just seems odd.
I'm amused by complaints about how "realistic" the story is or how the MC would react in real life to the situations presented. This is an adult game and realism really has no place in it. You might as well complain about a porn movie where the hot female FedEx driver who shows up at the door in booty shorts and tits spilling out her half-buttoned shirt is unrealistic because FedEx has a strict dress code for their drivers. Suspension of disbelief is required to enjoy these things.

Yes it has, temporarily. 3diddly made a new version 0.12b which should be more coherent, so the new version will be next.
'Katie's Corruption' will not be 'completed' within the original game. Looks like it may be continued in 'Wifey's'. Btw, as long as you don't let the MC die in the end, there never is a real ending. Hannah married Orlov but he's so much older than her, even she'll become older and Orlov might look for a younger girl as a replacement soon, I wonder what Hannah will do then. Same goes for Katie, I can't believe Wright really intends to marry her especially if she gives birth to a black baby she hits the bullseye.I hope he actually finishes this one

Like, I think having the PC be okay with making Wifey his personal slut makes sense for the "fidelity - low love" route, but not the high love one.
