I've seen that too, one of the graphics settings causes that.
SSAO comes to mind but that may not be it. You'll have to find out which one yourselves. Set each setting to off or lowest one at a time until you see that the lines disappeared, then leave the one setting off and set all the other ones back

Judging by the fact that you're opening the exe from your OneDrive folder, I think you didn't extract the game...
right click -> extract to wherever you want, THEN start it with the .exe file
Thank you! It was indeed the shadow effect setting that was at Epic level. Now with shadows at medium, all is smooth! Thank you again.
Now that the shadowing problem has been solved, I decided to share my Girls Presets. Beauty is subjective, so if you like them, download them. If not, then don't.
Place the files inside the specific folder -> C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\WildLifeC\Saved\CharacterPresets\My Presets

yes, it means playable short story with missions and stuff. It introduces the game, but this intro will be reworked in the future
