The when you talk to a character one option is literally "lets have sex"
And clearly you speak english well enough to know what sex is so you aint got now excuses bob.

There are no quests (yet). Think of these builds as being more or less tech demos for a game that will hopefully have quests and actual content sooner than later.
Right now, all you need to do is go and interact with other characters and ask them for sex.

Process of elimination would lead you to sex within a few tries even with it not being in your native language. Please just stop.
