Anyone getting a crash as soon as you open the sex editor? It just becomes unresponsive and then crashes after a few minutes.

Edit: Alright, -dx11 solved it.

leave the hospital in the direction you enterd it , go straight ahead to the lake which is on the left. short before the fishing woman there is a path trough the lake. run trough the lake and on the hill on top you find him. talk to him and lie.afterwards follow the footsteps , at the and you will find him as a feral. kill him and go back to the hospital

Oh okay, you mean "Play" mode, I'm sorry. I've never wanted to manually swap cameras in Play mode, only in edit mode.
This is what I don't understand. Why do you want to spend so much time in Edit Mode? I don't mind edit mode, you can create a cool scene, but I definitely don't want to be jerking off while in edit mode, nor do I want to spend hours & hours in edit mode.

For me, I'm 95% Play Mode, 5% Edit Mode.

But I thought you couldn't possess a camera without a "Possess" event bound in Play mode anyways.
We shouldn't have to code or use the event system just to cycle possess cameras. FYI, possess is a term used in Unreal Engine, but if you already knew, n/m.

Yes. If the lead dev actually knew what he was doing, he'd understand that two object types should be cyclable in Play Mode: Character & Camera.

Rapid character & camera possession is extremely important for a good fapping experience, but the lead dev doesn't understand because he probably doesn't jack off while using the sandbox, so he has no clue what players like me want.

Most people are probably too embarrassed to bring up the topic of fapping optimizations, but I have no shame, lol.

If play mode was the goal, then I would see it being used for a scene viewer or player made game
For years I've tried to get AdeptusSteve to define what the sandbox is. Is it truly a sandbox? If so, then play mode is massively neglected, but if he changes the name to SCENE VIEWER, like you just said, then it would make sense that most functionality would be in EDIT MODE. So, I see your point :)

Yes, binding a hotkey to a camera for play mode is a great idea. Was that added recently? If so, that's a step in the right direction.

Also,

Play mode is for people who JACK OFF, stroke their dicks, who are not interested in spending 398493843 hours in EDIT MODE making a HUGE mega city where you can turn the lights on and off with a button.

I spend maybe 5% of time in EDIT MODE. My goal is to NEVER be in EDIT MODE, NEVER, minimizing it as much as possible.

I'm more interested in actually PLAYING in the sandbox in Play Mode, without having to PROGRAM anything while I'm jacking off, a concept the lead sandbox dev cannot comprehend because he:
  1. is not a porn guy
  2. doesn't study porn game competition (think he knows better than everyone else)
  3. doesn't understand r34 otaku guys who jack off
The lead dev thinks we just want to code all day, lol. How can we code and jack off at the same time? The dude doesn't understand this simple dilemma, lol.

  1. Right click the shortcut and select "properties"
  2. Type -dx11 at the end of the target field (with a space to separate it from the rest of the text in that field), press "OK"
  3. Play the game through the shortcut
i already do it but still crash

For a game that has been in development for 7+ years it is not normal at all but you can see some people in this thread argue it is perfectly normal.


Who in their right mind finishes a patreon game? What is the point? Why would anyone stop flow of the money from patreon by finishing their game?
i get your logic, but it is unfair to the people who are paying. Who would want to support someone who never finishes the product you support them for?
It's like going to the super market and buying a banana, only to receive a seed that never sprouts. it's a scam.

vr no longer works at all, and if we try to launch it, the game and steamvr crash completely. :WutFace:
is it because of this new version, or is there something to change?
Doesn't work since October release. My hope is that when UEVR is released we will not need Wild Life VR to work, just run it through UEVR.

Having to click 303948394 times to perform one simple action, with your dick in your hand, is a big deal, it's annoying as hell. Any serious porn sandbox'ish product takes click optimization seriously.

Next time you jack off with Wild Life Sandbox, count how many clicks it takes to do everything.

You're right, in the grand scheme of things, it's not a big deal, who cares, but imagine if the sandbox was optimized, it would simply be a lot more fun.

Imagine this:

1. You finish making your sandbox in EDIT MODE.
2. Now you can actually enjoy what you made in PLAY MODE.
PLAY MODE
3. Be able to rapidly Swap Sex Partners with as few clicks as possible; this requires rapid Character possession; either with cyclable hotkey or custom hotkey set to a particular character.
4. Be able to rapidly control what characters LookAt with as few clicks as possible; example if you're controlling Max, just right click Maya; context menu appears, then you click LookAt ---> Face, and max will look at her face.
5. Be able to rapidly cycle through Characters & Cameras with a press of a hotkey.
6. Be able to make Maya dance with a UI button.
7. Be able to use furniture; either default furniture or your own custom furniture; for example if you press E on a couch, a default couch paired animation is played, then you'll see a list of all compatible couch sex animations in the universal pose menu; based on who is in the party and what each NPC's state is set to: Spectator or Sex Participant. Note: After all these years, they still bake furniture inside the sex animation, lol.
8. Example: Possess Maya, invite Max to party, Press E on couch, see a list of all compatible sex animations in universal pose menu, Have Max Fuck Maya on the couch, make Bol look at Maya's face; you'd rapidly possess Bol and be able to control what he looks at with as few clicks as possible, after Max is done fucking Maya you can press a direction hotkey to remove Max/Maya from the bed, then rapidly invite Bol to party, then have Maya Bol have sex on the couch, after Max & Bol have fucked Maya she's covered in the cum of both Bol & Max. That's an example of a basic play mode scenario that involved rapid partner swapping and basic furniture use for sex + party group. That's all I want, just simple, basic features.

When you see things like this, you understand how the suckers exist. They cannot be challenged or wrong, the idea they are just being suckered is incomprehensible. So no matter how outlandish they will continue to make up reason after reason for why it's not a scam, it's taking a normal amount of time to them blah blah etc.

The blokes who rode the hate train to farm views have turned coat instantly, that's for sure, but people following the project since the beginning , knowing Chris Robert behaviour and being critical are still skeptical. Because, keep in mind : with Clown Imperium Games, a pretty trailer means nothing in term of what will be actually released or implemented in the game.

But they know how to do pretty awesome trailers, granted.
That's how they lure in new wallets to syphon, after all.

Oh, and btw : being critical ≠ hate you know.

I havent touched this game in over a year only to come back to the Unity 5 version, anddddd whats with the graphics?

I pulled up the Newest build alongside an old build from 2022 and the older version actually looked a lot better. Why is that?
I double checked all my settings and everthing is pushed to EPIC quality, yet the characters look bland, the skin textures are flat, and the seams in the skin are somewhat uneven. Is this a new port thing? Because the graphics in the 2022 version look infinitely better. Skin details/pores are on point, the sweat, shimmer, etc are good. So what happened here?
The answer is simple. This "game" is a classic example of a patreon porn game. It is made to scam people as long as possible and updating engine for seemingly no reason is one of the ways to do that. 7+ years of development time and this "game" is the result. And people still actually pay for this "game". Clown world.
