Nah If you didn't have the pre reqs the game wouldn't even run, you can look for general UE4 tweak guides or guides for other UE4 games like Hellblade,Fortnite or PUBG and tweak the ini settings a bit but i kinda doubt this will help much with a game this early in development.
Why is there just the graphics otion in settings? In the screenshots I see other settings and character maker and such. In my game it just starts with a default female character and no other UI elements whatsoever
Which version of the game are you playing? In the September build I have more than just a single graphics option, like you're saying.
I downloaded from Mega under Download. I see September build under it but is that newer than the links above it?
The September is the last "showcase" demo, which mostly consists of just animations and not much more. In that regard it is a bigger game. But the latest version of the game, the one linked above that, has a sort of beginning of a quest, and then a bunch of animations between just the PC and NPC. Because the September build has a bunch more character models, it makes sense that it is larger in size. Besides, the size of a game on disk says relatively little of the content and quality. It could be that they optimized a bunch of stuff in the meantime to reduce overall disk usage.
Oki yeah the one I have started with the girl finding a guy from another planet in a small hut and then having the option to help him by gathering food and I ran into this cat faced beast which ran away once it saw me. But what puzzles me is the complete lack of any UI elements on the screen or a save option or just abt anything like a character name or customisation options, inventory etc... And all the other options in screenshots like censorship on/off, physics options etc..

This is a known issue, this release was hella broken. Download the september build if you want the most content.
I think that's intentional, actually. You can cycle through a bunch of poses and some are animated.

devs could at least put the anims and models up if theyre done with it, I've been working in unreal for 2 years now and I could definately whip something up
