I think it would be more like Conan Exiles instead of Rust, even though the latter is the better game. I think I would actually prefer that direction instead of the story driven demo they gave.

What games on UE4 are free? fortnight? as for performance you need to upgrade your PC, i bought a gaming laptop with a 1050Ti and it plays this maxed just fine in its unfinished state so your PC must be crap.
