What in the world are you talking about? The new build has by far the most content in it, almost dwarfing the other build.
This game has legitimately some of the, if not, the best animations out of any H-game on unity in development.
In case you hadn't noticed, you can change the time of day and how cloudy it is with the arrow keys.

If you have a potato PC, you should automatically assume anything tagged with Unreal Engine is not going to work well for you.
You are totally right about that. I'm not mad about creators who use it. It's more about feeling like a poor shitter who is so horny that he tortures himself with super low FPS to get some eye candy. x'D

You can walk up to certain characters (if you've possessed a female human, that's just about every male) and initiate a sex scene. Not everyone is compatible with everyone, so feel free to experiment. Other than that and telling the others to follow you, there's not much more to the latest build. You can try out a very small bit of combat on a dummy, but unless you want to be disappointed, I wouldn't.
Their eventually will be a fully fleshed out story along with a combat system. As of now, and for the foreseeable future its going to just be a sandbox, witch I personally think is for the best.
There was a build earlier this year that had some gameplay. It included a very basic quest that involved picking up fruit from the ground, an awkward encounter with the panther (hope he'll return soon, btw), finishing with an unfinished set of H animations.
New compared to the build before this one, the "gameplay" build. But it was in last year's September build as well.
