I believe it was mainly just a bugfix for the IlJah and Djablo scenes that would cause the game to crash. If you don't use those characters, don't think you'll notice any difference, but I could be overlooking something.

I don't see that changing any time soon. The sex animations are made by hand, so to speak. So the position the hands of the actors are in is determined per animation. I don't know if they have a way to make the hands "stick" to the other actor, even when the proportions have been modified.
Isn't that the exact same one that was already shared a few days ago?

The OP includes a changelog, and the changelog mentions how you initiate the group sex scenes. Although it does not specify that the FFM needs to be with Max and neither can be done with Shey specifically.

It should work on all female characters except Shey, since they use the same skeleton.

There's a customize tab. During sex scenes you can access it at the top of the sex menu, and otherwise you can get to it by pressing I for the pose menu and again going to the tab at the top.
That game is nowhere near the quality of Wild Life in terms of animations. Unless they have made leaps since I've last played that, they're not even close.
