This was an issue a while back, and using a locale emulator fixed it for them, but also try moving it to your main drive if you didn't do that aswell, could be a linked issue?Same

Tried it again with the reverse order, it didn´t worked either. So it's not 51342 nor 24315.

From what I remember you would need to complete the quest with the Samurai Oni in order to get the material needed.
