Getting one of the endings, any ending should be fine. You get a "New Game" item which you can use, might have to scroll down in your inventory a small bit to find it since it usually isnt at the top.

And, if you're also worried about something like the name of the character not being something you like, you can also change that from NG+, so don't worry if you wanted to do something like grabbing another save file for that, if you didn't mind most clothes being bought.

Yeah and worth mentioning that even though MSE is complete it wasn't fully translated (afaik). While D&P was being developed with both languages in mind, but only had a big demo.

If you take a look at the MSE thread, around December someone posted a more complete translation and instructions on how to modify the game further
