Hmm. Does anyone have a good strategy for effectively kiting the final boss of the vampire questline? Avoiding her and the unblockable black hands seems almost impossible. The only way I've been able to defeat her is by just standing still and brute-force tanking with high stats and just spamming potions and sword strikes, but I assume that there's a more skillful way to go about it?
The first time I defeated that boss, I had 2 builds, the first build was for full physical damage (using the berserker acc), the second was a Tank build, what I did was change builds in the middle of combat, using the tank build to wait for the right moment to attack, at that moment it changed to the physical attack build, gave it 1 or 2 hits and change build again, like that again and again. I thought it might not be the best strategy, so I just faced the boss again and tried something safer. Not only have I been able to come up with a better strategy, but I learned a bit about the boss's pattern!
First, The boss invokes his Hands near him, so staying away is necessary if you do not want to be hit, The hands will be summoned pointing in one direction, and that direction will be where they will go, they cannot change their course nothing more than a bit (trying to go to the player's position at the time they were thrown).
The boss movement pattern from what I saw is a simple "Back -> Lunge" pattern, but the lunge seems to be wider the closer the player is to the boss.
If you plan to attack it try to be aligned vertically / horizontally, because diagonally the boss will have the advantage. I don't recommend attacking her melee, unless you are able to manage her charge pattern, so I recommend to make a magic build and attacking her using storm magic. Wait for her to charge and just as soon as she is about to finish charging, cast the spell, which will hit 2 or 3 times, after that, move away and dodge the hands, until you have another opportunity to attack
