Where can I get the cheat codes, it is becoming an endless chore to repeat days at tavern without significant progress.

The songs are still bugged in this game. The combat song keeps playing even after the combat ends and it's kind of annoying since it doesn't fits the mood.
when her arousal points is high, it doesnt really help as the abandoned house becomes empty. not sure why.

So I suppose the arousal points have to be high before she meets the old man?

Being drunk is what worked for me. Drink vodka or cognac (only one) an go to the old man's house
