It seems this path to the target is blocked off even though i already started Reynold's quest. How do you open it?

Been messing around with mtool to max out the h stats but can't seem to trigger the prostitute events, even though i had bought the skills beforehand in the crevice, am I missing something?

When i downloaded 7.9 ver i got this (it doesnt occur before)

Or better yet, actually used Greek and translated it to Ἡ τῆς ὀμίχλης ὕλη or something.
