Within this archive, the 'cinematics' and 'database' XML files are missing from the 'Database' folder.
Where did they go? They were in the aaa.rar you supplied previously...

There are 2 files missing and the game/save does not work without there 2 files.

The most you can do at the moment is to give her a hug. She doesn't have any contents inside the shelter yet. She and Alexis will receive more content when they win the monthly polls on patreon.
i have a problem, after watching ai showering for the first time, you need to go to the chambers to check on the next girl whos going to wake up. i get there i get close get to see her ass, but when i need to leave the room to get to mine and sleep, i end up in a loop where all i can do is go to the chamber door and the chamber with de suspended girl. i cant find a way to de hallway or map, to get to my room.

When you get to the door, click on it. From the chambers you have to use the door to go IN, AND OUT.

damnit how do i do anything worthwhile aargh. day 11, MC is at -20 morale, we have had only 2 food for several days, until i figured out i had to actually research everything at the same time, thinking i could only do it one at a time, i can't make a car or a bike because i never find any plastic bar or electronic circuit, now water starts to run low (also it took me 9 days to figure out that stuff i find, i don't get automatically (that is use them, i've tried building, but everything was have 0 even though i knew i found some) so i had to spend several minutes and about 400 clicks to get everything i had in my squad inventory into the base) shit this game get's more confusing as i play it and i never get anywhere. I NEED CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS DAMNIT (and i only play games from this site at night, from 00:00-05:00)

aaaaand that's that... now i have to start the game over from day 2.... BECAUSE THE DAMN SAVE I HAD A FEW DAYS EARLIER IS OVERWRITTEN BY THE AUTOSAVE WITH -2 MORALE AT 23:00

OK, first, remember you are the leader of the facility. So have an extra cup of coffee, and calm down a little bit.
First, there is exactly ONE click needed to put the stuff from the squad into the base when you return from a salvage run, the one circled below:
When you click this, everything is deposited.
Second, remember you have to assign your co-habitants to work specific tasks. If your personal morale is too low, stay in the shelter and assign yourself some bonus rest -
Now that you can deposit and schedule, early game you have some very specific needs to take care of: You have no food, you have no water, you have no resources. My suggestion would be to research and build Replicator 1, then research and build Water Pump 1, then research and build Carbon Garden 1. WHY:
1) The replicator makes sure you've got some food.
2) The Water pump gets enough water to bathe a couple people and water the garden/replicator.
3) The carbon garden will give you enough carbon stock to fuel the replicator.
Now, realize you have to start thinking about bathing and feeding extra people. They will wake up from the chamber facility one per week. So some more water, and more food is in order. Here's a hint - I'm at day 101, all 13 available residents, and I only have replicator 2 built:
Just be careful how you allocate those resources that you craft to the build process, since it takes energy to craft them and if you cancel a build, you LOSE those resources!
Yeah, that's a bit painful. Hit ESC to bring up the menu and save the game once in a while as a different name if you like how things are going and want a restore point...

alrigght, i'll play something else for tonight and after some sleep i'll (for the first time ever on this site lol) try things out during the day, when i have more time to learn it all. cuz i feel that is gonna take a while
so is it the newest save file made that get's overwritten or what? it would make things easier to keep track of. at least i had a save from day 2... unfortunately when i did load that save the two nearby warehouses are forever gone, even after sleeping to day 3

The game autosaves after many events, so the overwrite process is pretty constant. My advice - create the new (separate) save in the MORNING if something has gone particularly well the prior day.
You are correct, it's not the easiest game out there. You have micro-managing powers (literally minute-by-minute) over people's schedule, and you have to schedule, craft, build, research, clean, AND run those salvage missions. Also, remember to check the RULES on the radial menu to make sure you aren't over-consuming food or water.
I'll check on that disappearing warehouse thing later. They should re-spawn daily AFTER day 3.
1 - You can cheat and give you 1000 morals and problem solved.
2 - Here in F95 and itch.io there are several topics made by me showing what you have to do.
3 - On the map there is a help menu showing several important things in the game and a summary that you can look at at any time in the game that shows you how much morale you will gain and lose, you just need to look and solve the problem.
4 - In a survival game, shelter management you will ALWAYS fail the first time.
5 - If you've never played or don't like the following games: Oxygen not included, Rimworld, Dead State, Dwarf fortress, Sheltered, This War of mine, Frostpunk. You probably won't like World After War, it's not a game for you.

Ok lets be real, all of those games have polished gameplay loops that are actually enjoyable by themselves. The gameplay is the core of those games while yours is half split between trying to shove every fetish in the game, and then the gameplay. Even as someone whose played all of those games (Over 2k hours in Rimworld), but Sheltered, yours is just not fun. Concept is ok, but its way beyond ruff around the edges.
My advice is that you shouldn't have the mindset of "you will ALWAYS fail the first time." Its counter productive to the game your making. You can think that your dwarf fortress with sex all you want, but it just isnt true. The game is just nowhere near that. Have an easy mode, where new players wont have to suffer the penalty of not knowing everything about the game right away. And for gods sake, the mouse acceleration on the overworld map is disgusting. Let people use the arrow keys or wasd.
At the end of the day 99/100 people play for the porn. I get that you may have lofty ideals of what you want the game to be. But maybe, just maybe, having a more accessible mode isnt the worst idea.
The post contains the steps to how to cheat, or also the person can use the cheat engine.
What could be easier than this?
Besides the game is not even that difficult, you just need to stop a little, see the game information and make the decisions.

Telling someone to stop playing the game and cheat isnt a fix for bad gameplay. Like you cant actually be serious right now.

I've finished every other mission in the game to the point it says "to be continued in future update" except the Cookie Thief one. I have to Punish Jennifer to do more work and I really can't figure out how to do that. I've tried confronting her while she is eating cookies, tried to see if I needed to talk to her in the living room or in the bedroom and I tried looking through the UI to see if I'd missed a menu and I'm pretty stuck if anyone has any insight.
