I think sex with adoptive mom cannot be considered as incest in real sense so BD can think on those lines. If he doesn't want incest then its fine if mc doesnt have sex with Willow, but Azel is his adoptive mom and not real mom so he can have sex with her and who knows later on in the story he might discover that even Willow is not his real sister and can fuck her later. There are still possibilities with Willow that way and even Azel as she is not real mom and this way BD can follow his thing where he doesn't want incest but if mom and sis are not related in blood and are adoptive then it won't be incest anymore so lets see how it shapes up.
Look i'm not the one arguing for realism in this game where a man has hordes of women falling on his dick and has the ability to paint the ceilings white. I was just pointing out that the nitpicking itself by people who want realism is filled with inaccuracies.
How many times does this have to be said? Seriously? Everyone here agrees that since Azel is his adopted mom and there should be no reason she should be excluded. The problem is Patreon classing it as incest and as such will not host a game with incest.
Actually legally it is considered incest. Adapted, inlaw, foster, or step are all legally incest and are incest according to patreon.
It is actually more than her being uncomfortable. TShauna suffers from Gender Dysphoria which is why she panics during sex when she is touched on her male parts. It is an irrational but potent reaction in the brain for those that have it. Some trans people usually have a safe word they can use during sex when things get uncomfortable so their partner knows to stop. Not all Trans people have it. Skye for example is completely comfortable with his body.
