I love this game and I don't think this community will do you like that.

The regulars here will not, but with the last update we had a flood of new faces and lots of spoilers tossed out there without the tags. I personally find it best to avoid the thread until after I have had a chance to enjoy it for myself. I will probably stay away from the thread about an hour before the targeted release time, and won't be back until I get to play it myself (maybe twice depending on what is in the update).

I keep forgetting there's an update tomorrow, then I remember and get hype all over again.
Here's my predictions for the next update(s) (some short term some long term)

• The guys will get released without much fuss other than some dumb remarks from the dirty cop(s).
• Ryker has gotten in over his head/in debt (possibly to a mob/loan shark type) and that's why he's doing the betting scam.
• Now that someone as famous as the MC has gotten caught up in this Ryker business (and with the help of Rachael and Belle) it's going to get cleaned up relatively painlessly, but not necessarily fast. While still leaving a sizable chunk of the story to dealing with whatever ramifications/trauma come from it
• Charles is either going to get fired or apologize and strive to be the person Belle thought he was now that he realizes how bad Ryker has gotten.
• Katie is going to be more or less who she says she is, but not necessarily trustworthy yet.
• Damien is going to get help for his mother, likely from Racheal/Belle, and testify against Ryker and gang, which will lead to a choice of him and MC trying the friends thing again or keeping their distance.
• Stacy is not going to be family to MC but is treating MC as a surrogate brother because of whatever happened with her mother.
• There's probably going to be a someone can't get pregnant subplot somewhere, my guess is someone like Liz or Zoe. Maybe that's why Zoe is scared of being in a relationship.

Umm... Not sure who Penny's father would be. Also, if that is true, it would be wise if Penny just stand aside. It would be easier to let it go through without having any politician involved. Since there is no charges been filed at this moment, otherwise it would be all up to the DA to apply the charges or drop the case. If DA does press charges, his position will be at risk depending on the town/area population and how voters would react for his/her election or possibly impeach the DA out of office. That may also impact other politicians in that area. However, they should be applying the local, state, and federal laws... Not breaking the law. Remember we cannot allow wealthy/celebrity/superstar to be spoiled or they will get away with murderer down the road.

Since this is BD's story, I would be interesting how he guild us through...

However, I will be looking forward checking the updates at the end of this month...

I'm not sure that the fact that you remember my messages is good or bad. Given that you must receive a lot of messages, it must be that there was something memorable in them. I don't recall writing anything that remarkable, unless it was whole thing about wanting to make you a role model. I admit that sounds odd but I see too many games that use sexual abuse as a plot element and that really bothers me; especially in what are essentially porn games. As for the comparison to DPC, obviously there are going to be comparisons between WVM and his second game. I was a fan of DPC for about three quarters of his first story, but eventually came to dislike the game. I don't care for the second game because I find all but one of his characters unlikable (although I should admit that I have not played it for a long time.) I appreciate the content choices you have made and hope that more developers will be influenced by you. Your success means that I can post in their discussion thread:

I agree with everything but yer final point.... with pregnancy being one of the primary kinks of the game I simply can't see that one even being a thing

The way it came across was to me was "I've supported this game so much that my opinion should be taken seriously" or whatever, but if that wasn't the case then fair enough.

But now this feels a bit pointless as you're just projecting. When did I say anything about all porn games being unrealistic? I said specifically that this game is written in a way that there needs to be some suspension of disbelief, and you were being very nitpicky with your criticism of it.

If you feel the game has gone downhill or that BD has "lost his way" then so be it, that's not for me to argue. From my perspective most of the things you were criticizing have been a constant since the beginning.

My intent was not that my opinion meant more than anyone else's, it was that I was speaking as someone who had a love for the game.

I think you got projecting wrong. If my saying that you believe all porn games are unrealistic that would mean that I believe all porn games are unrealistic (if I am projecting) and your point is that I am taking the arrest too seriously; that there needs to be some suspension of disbelief. My outlandish example of a possible plot line was to illustrate that your belief is not that all porn games are unrealistic and there is not necessarily the need to overlook something if it does not seem to make sense.

As far as BD losing his way. I still don't like MC's mom getting hit. I think that if Ryker had just yelled at her or pushed her, MC still could have become enraged. It just seemed like overkill to have her with a bloody nose and a black eye in the same update. It also seemed that the game was losing some of its romantic element by

When did that happen? Willow was never in the same spot as Wendy in this release. Also Wendy got punched in the eye not the nose.

Let's recap as many of the heartwarming/sweet scenes in detail that I can remember off the top of my head since I don't feel you actually played the full update but just skipped around.

• We open with Willow still not wanting to be removed from the MC side (kinda sweet)
• We get the story about Tali and both Jamie and Shauna show their love to her with a group hug (another sweet moment)
• We see Tali and Shauna bonding over video games (another sweet moment for a girl who has had limited to no contact with people outside Rachael and other fixers)
• You get Azel Willow and the MC bond while Jamie sneaks in a picture (another cute moment)
• You get the heart warming story of how Jamie and the MC became a thing.
• You get another heart warming moment when Willow tells the MC about the leg lock they did as kids to sleep. They both do this on the spot as well.
• You get another moment when Willow was worried that the MC left without saying goodbye to her.
• All this before you leave your girls
• Then you go to the bowling event and see how the MC puts Harper over all the people trying to get his attention 2 movie stars, people from the charity, and Moon who wants to interview him (another sweet moment)
• You get the reverse hug from Harper and pretty power step in their relationship
• You hear the concern of Harper for her Daughter.
• You get the moment at the end of the cheer performance with all the hugs and kisses.
• You get the moment with Zoe where she almost admits she wants the MC as a boyfriend
• Harpers reaction after she realized you saved her
• Azel and Wendy crying as the MC is being taken away

Now I don't know how you can't find at least a few sweet or heartwarming moments in all that.

I really feel you are just complaining to complain at this point.

I was talking about the W/W flashback. I guess your heart warms more easily than mine. It's nice to see I was right. I once posted in another thread that if you want to see how much BD's fans love him, just go to the WVM discussion thread and post a negative comment.
