2. Covid 19 did happen. I know it's memes and all of that, but still this pandemic has had a huge affect on everyone's mental health. He has had alot happen in his life and as someone whos gone through simular things i can understand how that affects you. Keep in mind depression and anxiety affects everyone different but i think it affects BD simular to how it affects me. It's like loosing the will to do anything and the only way i get out of my huge dumps is with proper medication, therapy and lots of support. So yeah people might be getting banned from his discord for speaking out. But when your like this thay negatively does more damage than anything, you can't be around it to get moving again.

First i want to clarify again that i dont think Braindrop is "milking" people.

But this here is an issue. Depression has different effects on people, ok, some effects are shared but lets leave it there and assume that as correct. You got affected the same way, great.

Tell me, were you a whole year without working? Or lets rephrase it, were you a whole year without delivering significant results in your job, assuming you had one?

Because this is the issue, if you are depressed, you cant use that as an excuse for a whole year. Go to the psychiatrist and get medication, go to therapy and get treated, people were understanding for months, but it gets to the point that it turns into just an excuse.

And i dont say this in a ill manner, but if you allow depression to block you for so long, you are hurting your mental health even more.

And this is why i think having "deadlines" is good, and why it was a very bad decisions from their supporters to vote on "publish when you consider it ready. Because not having deadlines leaves the door open to keep stalling any effort to get out of the rabbit hole.

I think the recent decision Braindrop took was the best in months, and can be the beginning of the process to get out of the hole he is in, but it took him too long to take it, and thats why people have lost their trust.

Not read this thread for a year because I lost trust in BD since way back then, seems things have gotten even worse. 8 months without proper update and then delaying further without good reason(other than buy himself more time for the next update)...you just know things are bad when the dev is defending himself and making excuses in his own game thread and barely have any vocal supporters left.

On top of that look at the brutal and completely toxic comments from the last 30 or so pages. Who in their right mind would want to engage with that especially when most of the toxic people just want to complain and not have healthly conversation.

And to the low IQ MEME fiend who's retaliation to being called out on his all the other trash's bull shit was a not at all clever bootlicking meme, I'd rather do that to a person who has EARNED my respect, than side with the utter basic rubbish that is you and your anonymous Pals.

Just played the update WTF did I just play. Harper gets up after a nightmare, does some paperwork, talks to her new boss, does some more paperwork, wonders around nude but not nude, Nada Nada Nada. Nothing happens must have picked the most boring day of her life. Basketball coach doesn't even coach or interact with a player. Sorry but find the whole thing quite strange and a bit sad. Liked this game a lot but how has the quality fallen quite this much.

This game made a clear point that every girl is '1-on-1' relationship with MC, and it was being told so many times that it went from slighty weird right into completelly ubelievable. I'm not saying the all should throw at each other, but completelly avoiding all of it is just making this look very unnatural. There wasn't even single one girls kiss and I'm somewhere in day 7.

Well, there would be the Rainn Bailey situation, but so far we can't say whether:
1. the interest exists mainly on the part of Rainn.
2. Bailey is unsure how MC might react or if he is ok with it permanently.
3. she is worried that her parents might disown her or something else if her parents find out that she is in a potential love triangle
4. Bailey has other concerns or worries.

The whole thing hasn't been addressed much so far, unfortunately. What we know so far: Bailey partly avoids Rainn whenever possible and Rainn suffers from the situation and it happens even when Bailey is given the ok to the Bailey-MC-Rainn triangle.
