you could easily remedy the problem by naming azel "mom" in the beginning but it would have the side effect of making everyone else's dialogue weird as fuck when they talk about her lol.

In my experience (East Midlands of Great Britain), parents and siblings usually call you by name rather than 'son' or 'brother'.
