Is it possible for the PC to be both a futa and a bimbo? Doing some new playthroughs with the new bugfixes and was curious as to whether the content was mutually exclusive. I feel like both Futas and Women should have access to the bimbo tag in citizens, as well. But then, idk how much spaghetti code this game has and if it would be hard to implement

It will start randomly when conquering new tiles.
You can get her as part of the Futamazon storyline. She appears when conquering Futamazon territory.
That's partly possible. Some bimbo-events are exclusive to purely female characters, others are also available to futas.

If anyone change your Gender to Male/Female and the game switches to default IGN(Exp: default female name is Anna) instead of what your using. DO NOT remove the " ", just type your name in it. Check all this in Yourself to see if changed or not.

i'm not sure I know how I feel about this game. I find it a bit grindy but that description isn't entirely fair as this game isn't about grinding pointless tasks. The game tries to be two things, a game with real gameplay and a fap game. I don't believe these goals are mutually exclusive but it does mean that there needs to be a balance and by balance I don't mean 50-50 content but rather enough content of each type. The sex needs to be frequent enough that I don't feel like I am grinding out weeks to get events. And the game play needs to be good enough that playing it is fun in and of itself.
The sex is lacking in the first 5 months or I got unlucky with events with only one sex event. I found the early game boring gameplay wise. Looking at the buildings and the mechanics it is clear that if you don't build certain buildings asap you cripple your progress at the start. You should get both religious favour and knowledge at the start. in civ 6 you get food, science and production and gold from your first city. And after you can get faith from a civic card rather quickly too. I think this game needs a bit of knowledge, science added to your base production and simply add it to starting building like civ 6's palace. This means you don't need to make sure you get one of every starter building but opens up options to specialise earlier.
I normally don't rate games on potential as that really isn't a good metric for how good a game is as it more a metric of how people HOPE the game will be good. yet this game has a good foundation to be a game with both sex and gameplay that isn't grindy.

Nope, she is the Futamazon general and will only follow you when you beat her in battle.
I guess you need higher stats then.

I beelined the capitol and didn't find her, perhaps she could be added to the battle in the city if you haven't encountered her before you start it.
As an aside, I hope combat gets some more interesting things added to it, in Chapter 1 it's basically just praying to RNGesus because you have no options once combat starts. Unless I'm missing it, you can't pick your own character's target, which would help in at least being able to do a little focus fire. Some other things might be orders you could shout at your squad, some kind of minor powers like a self heal, basically anything besides just hitting next round.
Sort of related - are all attacks guaranteed to hit you once your body parts give you at least +100% chance to be hit?
The empire borders on the map are kind of hard to see, it might be easier if they were thicker. Also, for some reason the homeland map has a max width that's a little smaller than the full width of the map, it would be nice if this was expanded. I tried doing it in the console but while the map was fine the side button text got completely borked.
Anyway, I like the game, I'm looking forward to more stuff having images and maybe a few animations at some point. The combat is really the weakest thing. One other thing I'm hoping for is some content acknowledging the sheer size of your character by chapter 2 if you are adding height/penis size. I feel like someone I'm fucking should really acknowledge that my character is over twice their height and my dick is the size of their leg.
Oh, one other thing - does affection have any effect besides allowing some characters to be your follower? It's also a bit weird that the 3 Paradise characters start out not liking you if you take them over by seducing all of them, I'm guessing that's supposed to be where they start if you conquer them?

One of the terrain objects (a dark tower or somesuch) gives a scientist follower when completed.

I'm in kind of the same boat as you at 98k, you may need to move some of your outposts to get more farm tiles (keep in mind that large farms give 50 more food than large fishing villages, and cowgirl farms give the most at 220 total, plus they only take 2 days to make versus making a large farm from scratch). Additionally, there is a very high cap on PC lactation, so my PC is at 5000 lactation, about a quarter of my total production. I'm probably going to need to start moving outposts from spots I had picked for extra monuments unfortunately. Also, Windmills and Production outposts don't seem to stack with themselves (so having more than one of either is a waste, I'd assume they stack with each other).
Is there a way to come back from this? I have way too many people to feed, even though I put a stop to breeding.
Also something is taking up faith and it's not from upgrading my body, no idea what it is.
Unit level ups cost a lot of faith at higher levels, if you have auto level-ups on and are conquering a lot you may be paying a lot for level ups. If you haven't already I'd recommend dropping lower tier units for ones with higher base stats, even though they are more maintenance their level up cost is based on their level so you're going to hit a cap at how high you can realistically take low-tier units.

Just out of curiosity, what benefit (if any) does increasing a unit's seduction do? Does it make them harder to hit and is this viable?

I believe it increases accuracy. If that's right, it's probably the only stat worth increasing since the combat is rocket tag, but I haven't done any real testing.

I like this game a lot so far, but I wish that I had some bad endings. I mean I like the temptation of losing to The Futamazons or Paradise and becoming their slave in a bad ending, is very appealing to me, ❤.
