If you have no animating experience, probably pretty hard. Unless the models are made to be swaps with one another, you will need to make tweaks and adjustments to account for differences in the model/rig/etc.

Add a mixrgb node next to the diffuse texture, set it to multiply from mix then choose whatever colour you want.
You'll probably have to do it for all visible male materials in the camera viewport.
