There's still Enty and Ci-en, as well as many, more obscure ones I'm not aware of. But yeah, I'm already importing my own as we speak. Unfortunately, I don't support the ones you've mentioned, but if they have backnumbers, this is now a recommended option unless they ridiculously overcharge compared to the regular support, as a backnumber now includes all plans and you no longer need to pay the full amount for every single plan. This is not retroactive though, so if you've purchased backnumbers in the past and want the higher (or lower) tier ones, you still have to pay the entire amount, not the difference, though at least you only have to pay once now.
Enty is extremely unlikely to ever be a thing unless Sofie or Shino (KemonoDev) manages to bypass the epic time rape in the API that forces you to pay several years upfront if the artist created their account ages ago yet only did shit like once every six months. The API also is pretty fucked up if I recall correctly. Fantia fortunately allows creators to opt out of their paid lock as well as social tippings, but I believe both are enabled by default (the latter is, at least). Fantia also makes it trivial to retrieve comments as well as previews so you don't end up paying every month for shit you don't want or don't know what it's about, so it's better than most platforms in this aspect.
(After five years, what has not changed is you'll still be sent back to unpaid hell and paid-for months will all be reset except for purchased backnumbers - which are not part of a regular subscription - if you ever unsubscribe or change plans, so be extremely wary of this one...)
