You need to find all youkai fragment (crush all youkai fragments ) then find the guy selling things next to the warehouse, have s@x with him in the warehouse ---> get the mining tool (yuka must in your team ) GOOD LUCK !!

Sorry for being hella late but I'm just getting around to playing this and was having the same issue.

If you used the Upscaling patch it was causing the error. I tried downloading just the game and it worked fine.

for whatever reason the rat quest at the very start seems to not complete, killing them all talking to the person inside never progress so it softlocks right at the start

Worked when i restarted the game just RPGM things
