I don't know if using an old save messes with progression but after you get the blowjob from the mum you talk to her the next morning. She says to give her some time. If you've already done the power station sub quest and unlocked the lake view area then taking to her any day after should have her say to take her to the camp at lake view.
Make sure you have some wine and lots of ammo, clear the event that happens there and then talk to her at late night in her room, you fuck her then. Talk to her the next day and take her to the tent again to get another movie to watch, watch film and fuck her on the sofa at night.

Do you restart a new game?
Mom's bj is the new update of 0.3? I use the old save of 0.2.2. I forget I get bj from mom or not...

I'd start a new game if I were you man, progression dialogue is different now so I think it'd be best to do so.

No melee as of yet but possible in the future, there might be a smaller update in November since both this game and ToP are updating this month as a kind of reset for the pattern so maybe soon you'' get to do something with the Lifeguard but nothing there at the moment.

There's no gallery of any kind but all h scenes are replayable.
Played the 0.3 update with a 2.2 save, worked fine for me.
Make sure you've done everything you could with "mom" in the previous update.
Then at night do the movie night. Get bj from mom watching that porn movie.
Next day, talk to her she'll say she needs time and she'll talk tomorrow. Next day talk to her she'll say she wants to talk in the evening with you at a new camping site. Go there with her in the evening. The location is in the map part where the lifeguard is. South west of the pool(where the lifeguard is) you'll see an opening to another map area. Make sure to save before you go in as there's a survival game there where if you die it's gameover.
After you win the game, go back to the house. Talk to her she'll say she wants you to come over to her bedroom at midnight with a bottle of wine. Go to your bed you'll have a new option "rest midnight". Click on it, then go to her bed room. Night sex scene.
After that talk to her she'll say there's some stuff at the camping site, where you played that survival game,
Go there with her again. There will be a scavenger circle in front of the tent. Click on it and you'll find another porn movie. At night go in the living room, movie night, click the other movie, movie sex scene.
No need to restart. old save works fine. Mom's bj isn't new. normally you should ahve done it in previous updates.
cant get into camp area. I go in evening with Leslie and wont let me go to that part of the map. she has already given me the quest. any ideas?
