You should ask in the SPH mod and/or Naughty Tribute mod threads. They are linked in the OP. However, highly unlikely that they are compatible because they are both changing images and dialogue/code.

Hi guys...can anyone please help me? i need help, where on win10 on partition C i can find that folder renpy what have all saves from all games? i can find it like i find it easy on win 7 before, please. i wanna deleted saves from few games and start again from 0 but i can t do this...pls, thanks

First, you don't need to bold your post.
Second, for Win10 it's in the same place as it was for Win8, Win7, etc.
