The "Molestation Train" part of the game is complete. Exploring the town is a new part and received an update last month. Originally the dev were not going to add more but changed their mind later on.
In my understanding, this game was originally intended to be the first part in a trilogy. The first one was "Molestation", the second one is "Violence", and I forget what the third one is supposed to be. The Violence edition -- currently under development -- presently exists in the form of a patch that can be applied to the Molestation game, so maybe now it's actually supposed to be DLC or something.
It's more of a three part game.
Molestation is the base game, with Violence being an expansion.
With Molestation as a completed, you can play the base game as is.
Violence mode is in the works, and since it's an expansion, playing any patch that's given in development will grant you access to it. Violence mode is NOT DONE and is incomplete and can lead to errors. You are in essence, playing an alpha version of Violence mode.

Is there any sort of advice on which choices to make, regarding turning molestors over to the police? I see that with the salaryman on the train, some content is only available if I turn him in, though there are at least comments by the Conductor if one doesn't. But my progress seems to be stuck at 260 (doesn't decrease with time or casting spells), so I'm guessing that was the wrong choice.
How about the Office workers? The Delinquent? I turned in nobody, but is there interesting content behind turning them in?
I'm checking to see whether it's worth starting again, since I didn't savegame very strategically!

If you choose "I have my own way" in the bedroom that will change your events, I would recommend this choice over the "Loud Voice" because that will attract the conductor's attention.
Always plead "Not to call the Police" as that puts the Salaryman turning into the Neet and unlocking The Rules of a Slut and special training.
And as always, I recommend beating the game with as little molestation as you can the first time, and then coming back and letting Elulu get groped because you can change the miasma after you beat the train the first time.
Also do not play in the city after you have progressed the train, but you should be able to go to the train after playing in the city, just watch out, sometimes you get an error, and instead of miasma on the train it shows as spores, and you can't make any changes.
Thanks for all the advice. I wondered about the city vs. the train, since there are warnings about missing events if one goes back and forth between train & city. So, I'm retrying from the start, in non-debug mode which definitely includes helpful info for starting out (I didn't even know there was a stats screen until the skipped intro mentioned it).
The city is really nicely done - love how Elulu gets more and more into what is being taught. It's a pity one has to choose between exhibitionism and oral skills ... perhaps an expansion will let them fool her along the exhibitionism path and then resort to pushing her into service when she finally learns the truth. Anyway, really diverse expressions and exceptional progression.

This might seem like a dumb question but how do you trigger the violence edition, is there a choice to be made or what steps do you have to take?

the content isnt really "live" yet. the assets like bruises from beating up to insert rape are the there but the separate parts dont trigger. if theres even code and dialog in the first place.
Ooohh, thanks, I was confused on why there's a dialog on the completion screen of the bad end where if you choose the middle opening you can choose between molestation and violence ED

AFter the "middle opening" bit, I'm pretty sure it's just referring to the choice it gives you to go to the train station (the Molestation route) or the City (the violence route that's really just trickery and blackmail right now). That's the clear binary choice at that point, and it's the only time I've seen only those two choices given (not like normal days when multiple destinations are available).
Though I wish it was "safe" to go back and forth between the station and the city without missing scripted events, which are triggered by ... number of days after the first Station visit, maybe? It wouldn't be so much harder to have them trigger at the next train ride after "x days of riding" or some such flag. Especially right now, when there's no end to the City route. But well, the dev is still awesome for what he has done, so I shouldn't gripe.
Not important anymore, but for anyone else checking this, it works with & without gag. It is just a very short scene, being released by someone on the platform. For me, this occured at level 4, miasma around 170.Btw there's an extra scene that probably not a lot know, get cuffed (hands only), get blindfolded (i don't remember if also gagged), get with open camisole (I don't think it will work without) and get out the train at the 13.00 stop.
