I'm sure there will be, and I'm sure that it won't be all "Happy Harem Fun" like every other game on F95, either. I've noticed that Belle likes to throw some refreshing realism in there (like the way your sister isn't into the idea of incest at all, or that your lesbian friend isn't going to magically turn straight for you without resorting to, uh, magic). So I'm going to take an educated guess here and say that going around and knocking up twenty different women is not going to lead you to a "Happily Ever After" ending. It will probably be more like "Spend rest of you life slaving in a copper mine and living off grubs because every penny you make goes to child support."
Since this is a medieval game setting, it is important to remember the high child mortality rate of the period. In all likelihood at least one third of the MC's children will not see five years of age and two of the girls will die in or very close after child birth.
Not to mention plagues.

In reality traveling back in time would be fun right up until you had to use the bathroom or needed medical attention.
If Moore's Law continues to hold true for the medical attention I would then prefer time traveling into the future.

You know the Crone might not be able to stop the player of abuseing his/her gift, but she made it clear, that she wouldn't support him beyond this... and she was pretty pissed that the player used his punishement in such a fun way :p
I didn't think she was pissed. Maybe a little disgusted at your behavior (and the 'fallout')

That would be true for most at the time, but he will be royalty, and have access to magic.
Not much of a punishment if you enjoy it though :devilish:
Depends on how kinky you are...

Imagine MC marry the princess and become the king...no one can lie to him and he can tell if the people want to do bad things to him
I wouldn't be so sure about that...
let's be honest the MC sucks at trueth saying and at best had 2 successful gueses in a row.
Also he didn't see the Faye Kings deceive when he got stabbed.
The only thing he is actually good at is learning magic and completing incomplete spells (both could be the cause of the NG+ mechanics, as apparently he already know these spells and only forgot)

There is a good documentary series/book called Time Travelers Guide to Elizabethan England (by Ian Mortimer) that discusses these kinds of issues.

That was true at first, but he has improved a lot now that he has the motivation, and we can only assume that trend will continue as his responsibility grows.

did it though?
aside from Thadeus trivia at the start of the courage training the MC didn't really have to use his ability much... every once in a while and as far as I remember never repetetively.
More often than not he is also rather vague... "I think she lied there"... most of the time the hints and evidence gathering is the reason he finds a person lying... not his trueth saying

Maybe it's just me, but it seems to be implying that he is getting better, but I haven't played through in a while, and I am working on playing and writing too many stories right now, so I admit, I could be mistaken. It's easy to get things mixed up.

I didn't feel like he was getting too much better at that in particular. But I figure by the end of the game he will. He's learning other stuff really fast.

The Stats could be easily explained as the NG+ mechanic again... those will be carried over.
And we already know that the magic was taught to him before which could also be part of that.
So let's see does the player actually learn anything "new"? we don't know... he seems to be a capable detective as he sniffs out secrets of the girls one after another, without relying on any informations gained from a "previous life", but everything else in the game is explained as already existent but sealed in the player until a certain trigger reveals it.

I like that idea as to why he has knowledge locked away in his brain. Also, I like sniffing the girls too.

That might have been part of what I was thinking of, as his 'memories' or whatever get unlocked.

...Okay, hear me out, here is a weird foil hat.png idea, but what if, instead of the crone being the other princess, the player is, someone polymorphed her to hide her! Sorry, stupid idea, but hey. :p

I don't think so but that'd be interesting. My theory was that the princess we think is the pincess is actually her sister and the princess is ... in the neighborhood somewhere.

Not unthinkable... but since she already has proven that she is capable and knowledgeable of magic I kinda doubt it (Belle in game, told the MC that she had several discussions about magic in the past... like the morph sexuality spell)
