That is not what she did in that ending though in my opinion, exactly the opposite and her unhappiness that would follow from those choices would drive her back in Tales arms or wish for her to be there. remember her first choice is very much in her life and she knows he is available if she wants him. So second best will never do and she never dealt with that fact and keeps denying it.

DA22 You've been a supporter of my project and I'll forever be grateful for that, but we're going to disagree immensely on this. I think you did hit the nail on the head that your vision and my vision of Nikki don't match in this case. Nikki is not in love with Taylor. She loves him, but she does not want to spend the rest of her life married to him. We don't see any of her relationship with Marc since the story is told from Taylor's perspective. But here are the things we know about Marc: He plays football with D'Brickashaw, he's a virgin by choice, he's a nice guy, and he's good to Nikki. He is almost the male version of Molly that we never really get to meet. And he's the opposite of Nikki but that's why it works. He is intended to balance her out. The ying to her yang, if you will. I'm sorry you see that as a bad thing, but that is not the way it was intended at all.

The fact that, the game started really good and came crashing down on the last update is the main reason for everyone being pissed. The Only happy ending for the MC in the game requires you to NOT WATCH AND ENJOY half of the story and images it contains. Thank your punishing me for enjoying the game at the finish line. I am also sorry for assuming that the 'Thing' mentioned in the title and printed on the cover art was the 'Main thing'. Should have known better.

Second, craftsmanship: Title Heroine is not the final girl, gets implicit NTR reference and her relationship with MC gets the rush job treatment? I thought this game was about 'My Roomate', not my 'Roomate's Friend'? If you sell 'Apples', do not label them 'Banana' and put pictures of Bananas on the crates!
It is like seeing your partner having multiple orgasms and then telling you: 'I thought about somebody else the entire time, while having a vibrator in my ass'. Lets part as friends here.

Suggestion: Call the game 'Conquering Molly, With my fuck-buddy Roomate' and put her face on the title cover with 'roomate' outside the focus and job is done. The advertisement has to correspond with the product otherwise it is called fraud. The desires raised have to be soothed otherwise its called unsatisfactory.

So pretty much everyone here is in agreement that Sumo can tell a good story (up until the end) and he completed a game. I agreed it was far from perfect but dont we want someone like that to stick around and make more games for us??? And do you think giving his game negative reviews and being overly critical and in some cases downright mean is going to encourage someone like that to continue? There's ways to say that I liked 90% of the game but I didnt like the end without being as toxic

Mine (downloaded from Nopy) says 2.91 gigs in the finder window in list view. Uncompressed the app is 2.93 gigs.

I used the archive tool that comes with the OS. What are you using to extract it?

I am never a fan of a VN/game that really only gives you one ending, and the way the developer handled it was less then ideal. Would have been nice to have an ending available for someone other then Molly (who I am not alone in finding the least desirable of all the ladies in this game). It didn't have to be nikki, there were a number of other girls there. So, as my view as the MC, I get an unhappy ending while the sister (who does a mental hatchet job on her brother, imo) gets a happy one. He did finish the game, but it made me regret finishing the game. I won't say that I will not try another game of this developer, as the story was interesting to a point and the graphical content steadily improved, I just hope he doesn't railroad his audience into a set ending next time. (And yes, I do support developers whose games I like)
