This being presented when they have that flashback at a party where Quinn and Tommy are talking about getting rid of the hot-trialpha deal and making it a Dik-Hot thing. Which would reinforce their plans if Tommy and Quinn were both presidents. Josy joining the Hots would give Quinn leverage over Tommy. Getting rid of Chad was part of this plan and the photos had to have been taken and sent to Chat by someone involved in this plan. People rule out Quinn but I think it could be Riona. Riona has been Quinn's mafioso the entire story and it kinda looks to me that its starting to bring a lot of pressure on her. Such as in episode 4 when she seems sad and stressed, saying she had a "long week". But as long as Rusty is president and he vouches for the egging the prep task, the MC and Derek shouldnt have problems becoming Diks. However I do think that the MC joining the Diks will bring more problems for Quinn and Tommy being how much he is involved with everything despite being a freshman. Also I have seen many similarities to this game and Bully: Scholarship Edition. Both have different cliques such as nerd, jocks, and preps. I think it might end the same way where you become the most popular person in the entire school and take over all the cliques.

To be fair, when you write something that works good for one media and not for the other, yet you implement it anyway, that is an issue of writing in my opinion. Especially if it's a game with multiple choices. He probably should've keep it all balanced, not giving the options of have sex with Josy or helping out Maya as a Dik or Chick, and many of the players would feel less cheated about it already. Of course this is only one of the issue with how this story played out by the end of the episode, but that's another conversation.

IIRC he got bored of college and left. There's definitely some hints that all is not right with Nick. Most of the time you see him at the DIK parties or at the strip club, he's off away from the other guys and not particularly involved. He doesn't seem to be very close with the rest of his DIK brothers. The death coverup theory sounds a little far-fetched to me but I'd be surprised if there wasn't something shady going on with Nick.
