by remove of part one do you mean you redid the art or coding or the story change and by redid the coding i mean make it smaller

Shadow? No. This is just the start of the game redone/remastered to match my "expectations" of quality now.
So with the incest being more a patch and not apart of this game/story does that mean we shouldn't expect an Alison and her little sister (blanking on her name) threesome on the harem path? Not big deal if it doesn't happen but it was definitely something I was hoping for.
Also I really enjoyed the game. Finally had a chance to give it a try with everything being shutdown where I'm at. Once the new patreon billing cycle starts I definitely plan on becoming one.

Have not downloaded latest version yet.
I hope the Jess scene does not get removed during the remaster (it appears Alison's scene has disappeared from the prologue in a previous update).
What happens to Jess is terrible, but the scene showed what she was having to do to keep her daughter safe).

Yeah, well, good luck explaining that to the crazies around here. Anyhow, it was removed for entirely different reasons. Both the opening and that scene left me open to a lot of potential headaches over on patreon. So, I removed the threat to my future on patreon. This will also allow a lot of people to feel more at ease about being a little pervy with Alison, without the guilt of what happened to her at the start weighing down on them or turning them away from the game.
Can anyone explain exactly what is going on at the beginning. I just started playing and I realise from the start it says the story is being reworked.
But from playing so far .... woman nearly kidnapped and raped. For some odd reason the MC gets a phone call saying he is being charged with murder and swat is there in 5 ....... then it is like it goes off the rails. He has time to chill, go to a bar and get food, then he heads back to his apartment.... rests there and goes shopping. Like....wouldn't the police know where he lives.
Also this Melissa starts telling alison who was a would be rape victim and apparently has had something dark happen that she has a body that will make men bend over backwards for her and she needs to teach her how to use it. On a shopping trip.
So am I correct in saying the stories are like two different ones or what is going on. The first section is like a new origin story and the disconnection is from like an old story.
Also how did he get the murder so easily pinned on him. Wouldn't he still have had his own gun to prove forensics did not match and there was a dead body down in the basement to prove a bad guy was involved. Also he called in the murder to dispatch and they arrived on the scene fast as sirens are heard outside. They also have a witness who was locked in the cop car. They also have Alison which further back up the cop that he went in to help her.
It seems like a really hard scenario to pin on him and why would you want to. It made no sense. Also if they caught the other brother in the hallway, there is more evidence to prove his story further. Like there is only so much you can cover up. why would the other cop Melissa send him away somewhere when she is now a witness also further strengthening his case and she has him.
I am so confused. But I yield I am still so early into the game. Just first initial thoughts. Maybe someone will clear this up for me or it will be further explained as I go deeper into it, whichever comes first.

So, a lot of questions that have their own answers within the game. Cool. the only thing I can tell you is that the start was redone, this will sadly lead to some confusion until the rest of it is done as well. And to answer some of your many questions. Ronny got away. Gun was handed in pending an investigation, he was not arrested or detained. Once the girl was verified (She is very important) and the person who wants her is connected all the way to the very top. Think military project/contractor. Witness only saw two men one woman and two cops go in. nothing more. Alsion was never made a witness, she was uncooperative and unconscious for a while. Hence why we were called in, we went there on the way to going home so still in uniform. Melissa, since you like spoilers, is his previous partner and a dear friend. Caught wind of what's happening over an eavesdrop at the chief's office, and let him know. "Don't they know where he lives?" No, they do not. He went to his ex GF's place, no one but he and Melissa know about it. And he was not made a most wanted on national TV. Just wanted dead or alive by the corrupt cops on the payroll, so that means the bar is also another place no one but him knows about and new york is not a village, it's a huge place. Anyhow, that's enough spoilers for now.

Not sure that threesome was ever in the works.
The only incest I know of was with his niece ad surprisingly, when it was part of the game and not a patch, people asked for a patch to take the incest out.
Admittedly I was one of them.
Just find incest really weird in a game with no other incest. It looks out of place.
Then again is was only on the harem route and love is my main so it was't too bad.
She did capture him but she also sent him somewhere he won't be heard from ever again to be some guys cum dump in a prison somewhere.

So The game is being remade if I read the changelog right? Does that mean there's no point in continuing until the remake is done? I started it not too long ago and I just got up to

No. That's not what's happening. Just some early scenes are being replaced. It's not the whole thing that's being remade.
It's just gonna be the prologue up to the 3 route choice between Dom/Love/Harem.

Too bad, not about the incest part but Winter (correct name?) was yummy, wouldn't mind seeing her model in other games if shes not custom, idk, don't think I recognize her.
