the only "solution" I've found for this error is this.
Save just before you start that one scene. Transfer your save to a version of the game that does not include the apend dlc.
Load your save game, play the scene, save and then transfer it to your copy of the game that has apend dlc isntalled....that's the only way I managed to make it work...but be warned. if you try to "replay" the scene in the galery on apend it will still bug.
Bottomline...it seems the people at Kagura games dropped the ball on their apend dlc translate patch.

Unfortunately the patch only works with the steam version of the game. Which is not the version that can be found in the OP.
There are a number of errors that will appear when the DLC is installed. Kagura games has released a patch that fixes this however the patch found on there website is only for the steam version. It will not work with the currently posted version. Also adding the updated version of the base game will not solve the problem since the cause of all the errors and crashes is the DLC.
The only way around the error would be to either get the updated installer or to get the steam version and apply the official patch.

have you really been watching the game's story? there's added and altered scenes. and the friend that dies at the beginning now has a character model. in the knight's path, there's an option to watch zepp's backstory with his teacher

Thanks megalol.... I did see that post but didn't manage to download it at first (Mega kept crashing Chrome and I gave up; later I realized it was cause I was downloading in incognito mode).
I'll give it a spin. ;-)
Is this with or without the DLC? I assume without, since it's not mentioned.

Yes, it's without DLC. Btw I will try to adapt patch for Append DLC to mine compressed version...

Thanks Kapios223 .. That seems like an awful lot of work for a scene, though I guess saying all '10' ladies together could be considered worth it
. I'll continue playing for now and return after seeing the rest
. Maybe by that time Kagura has cupped the balls again and we have a workable patch ...Minoin!

Here is a link to the newest version. To clear up any potential confusion, this is version 1.02 of the append version which at present is the latest version. I know there are versions 1.04 and 1.05 floating around however those are for the base game only. You can not download a later version and apply the DLC install. That will not fix the crashing and other errors. This version already has the DLC installed and the latest official patch applied. Which as of right now is v3. If any later patches come out they can be applied to this version.

I've made a small update based on this version

(extract and overwrite to folder with Game.exe) for mine compressed version of Append DLC. But as you said it doesn't fixed metioned by Minoin error...

As for the Bath house error: The version without the DLC does not give that error, so I got to see all the sizes of the ladies
Also zangetsu3223's newest version gives that error, so we just have to ignore it for now if you want to play the DLC version.
Edit: never mind; I just noticed I used the patch for the compressed version and not the zangetsu3223 's new version, so I broke the compressed version. fixing the error now. Moral of the story: never do this before coffee

Are there any game overs this game? I mean don't get me wrong I like the game like the voicing the characters and the music as well it's really good.

Nope, no game overs. Either someone will save you or you'll teleport to your base and even gain a level every time you lose.
